Kettlebell Sport under Nature’s Constitution

Kettlebell sport, as all sports for that matter, is primarily focused on high performance. Some people believe that high performance doesn’t go on the same boat as health and longevity. I partially agree with them, although I have a rule not to use the word partially when expressing an opinion. This is to show how easy it is to make an exception to a rule created by a human. Making exception to a rule created by Nature though is a whole different animal. I said I partially agree that high performance is not good because more often than not we break Nature’s Constitution. We train isolated from the earth, we train under fake light, we train breathing lifeless air. It has become evident that doing this long enough will cause mitochondria, our live supporting system, to defect. Common ground between high performance, health, longevity, and any acquired serious disease is our Mitochondria. Anything that makes our mitochondria sick long term will turn to be bad for your health. High performance training isolated by rubber, hidden behind walls surrounded by nnEMF, and facing an excessive amount of blue light will distort your mitochondria leading to sickness sooner or later. High performance done in accordance to Nature’s constitution - under full spectrum sunlight, grounded and into the open, will make your mitochondria more efficient as long as you don’t overtrain. This is the key difference. This is your only chance to live long and healthy life while performing at an elite level.

What if the weather doesn’t permit or you are too busy to go outside?
At home a simple biohack would be to open the window or the balcony door as much as possible to allow fresh air and an unaltered full spectrum light. If you live in a house you can be way more creative: constructing a rain free and a wind free shelter, opening the garage gym door etc. If you are at a commercial gym, try to find a bright spot near a large window which you can crack open according to the gym’s policy. If the gym rules don’t allow this, or the gym has no windows or any other source of natural light, I suggest you change the gym.
