Kettlebell Snatch 24kg 237 Reps Trifon Marchovski

Kettlebell Snatch 24kg 237 Reps 10min, done by Trifon Marchovski. This is yet another lifetime kettlebell goal achieved. It came earlier than expected and now I'll have to raise the bar to keep the pleasure rolling. The projected split was 115/125 vs 112/125 in reality. I sure miscounted the score in my head but this is normal. The excitement of the result is more related to the reserves I find in improving the mechanics of the movement. I see room to polish the inner cycle speed, and adjust quite a few technical issues. So stay tuned for more excellence. This is part of the Effort of the Week series at trifomania.com - https://sites.google.com/site/trifomania/kettlebell-sport/effort-of-the-week I did try to search online for results of this magnitude done by another North American Kettlebell lifter but I couldn't find any. Said differently, this may be taken as a video CHALLENGE to all serious kettlebell snatching machines in North America. I am currently lifting at 72kg body weight if someone wants to put an emphasis on the absolute strength vs kettlebell weight ratio but I'll pay respect to any lifter in North America who takes up on the challenge.
